1. Information We Collect

BloxBurst is designed to respect your privacy. Here is exactly what data is involved when you play:

Data stored locally on your device (never sent anywhere):

• Your level progress and star ratings
• Your personal best score in Classic mode
• Your daily play streak
• Daily challenge results
• Your settings preferences (haptics, sound)

This data is stored using your device's local storage (AsyncStorage). It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Data collected by third-party services:

BloxBurst uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following to serve relevant ads:

• Device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• General location (country/region, not precise GPS)
• Ad interaction data (whether you viewed or tapped an ad)
• Device information (model, operating system version)

If you purchase a BloxBurst Pro subscription, RevenueCat processes your purchase. RevenueCat handles payment validation through Apple or Google and may store your purchase history and entitlement status.

2. How We Use Information

We use data only to:

• Display relevant advertisements that keep the game free to play
• Process and validate subscription purchases
• Measure ad performance to improve revenue (anonymous aggregates only)

We do not use your data for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

BloxBurst uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. AdMob uses device identifiers to show ads that may be relevant to you. On iOS, we request permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can choose to deny this permission — the game remains fully playable, but ads may be less relevant.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable BloxBurst
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID

4. Subscriptions (RevenueCat)

BloxBurst Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements. RevenueCat stores your purchase history and subscription status to ensure you have access to premium features across devices.

5. Children's Privacy

BloxBurst is rated for ages 4 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require registration, does not include chat features, and does not collect names or contact information from any user.

If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

6. Data Retention

Game progress data is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Ad interaction data is retained by Google according to their data retention policies. Purchase history is retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as required to process refunds and validate entitlements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including:

• GDPR (EU/UK): Right to access, correct, delete, or export your data
• CCPA (California): Right to know what data is collected and to opt out of sale (we do not sell data)
• General: Right to opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 3)

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of BlockBlast after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
